I’m Nicole, a 23 year old mama of one. My love for birth work began during my first year of college back in 2019 while I was pursuing nursing. Originally, I wanted to become a labor and delivery nurse but as my studies continued I began to see the disparities in our healthcare system and immediately began to shift my focus to helping families get the care and outcomes they deserve. Throughout my own conception and pregnancy journey I began to learn and research more than ever before and my passion for reproductive health, birth, and postpartum continues to grow. My offerings include; assisting those navigating fertility and reproduction, child birth education, attending births, supporting families through the postpartum period, and placenta encapsulation.

Being a former All-American junior college water polo player, cyclist (AIDS Lifecycle 2011), cross fitter, yogi, recreational league basketball player and weight lifter I understand what your body is going through and how it feels.  Recovering from a torn meniscus without surgery, several sprained ankles, dislocated thumb, contusions, tennis elbow, low back pain has allowed me to understand what your recovery process is like and how often you need sports massage.  I’m also a local raised in South Pasadena.  I truly care about your story and how you can get connected in this area for any movement related activity or service.   After majoring in accounting at Cal State Los Angeles my 10 years of bodywork experience has allowed me to understand the intricacies of bodywork.  I’m always learning more and more on how the body works and what new techniques to use through continuing education courses.  I’m also deeply devoted to meditation, the benefits of Tai-Chi and healing power of multiple restorative breathing exercises.
